SLS Square is a 248 unit low raise apartment society in peaceful location inside the EPIP phase 2 zone Whitefield, right inside the tech park. Typically 2 and 3bhk configuration available with unit area from 1109 to 1560sq ft. Around 800m from main road in all directions, it gives low dust and low noise place to live. We have 2 gates, surrounded by a lot of trees, many small bird who give a variety of chirping sound, butterflies, bee's, dragon flys, squrals are common sight here.
Excellent water availability with Cauvery and borewell, Borewell rainwater recharge available. Spacious units, Gail gas, recently renovated multi sports play area and children's park, boom barrier for vehicle movement, Tree house, Swimming pool, Gym, Amphitheater, Clubhouse, Indoor games, Various classes like TT, Dance, Musical instruments etc are available inside the society.
Freshly harvested vegetables and fruits market is put up on every Sunday morning. Big Basket Instant machines are available inside the society. All daily delivery apps such as Milkbasket/BB daily, Blinkit, Amazon now, etc. make delivery inside the society.
Society is very well maintained and you can see consistent improvements. The maintenance charge is Rs3/ Sq Ft which is one on the lowest in this area.
We have a good mix of residents from all language and religion with many long term tenants and many of them have bought units here, and have a healthy owner to tenant ratio. We have all type of crowd from Bachelors to senior citizens, with a majority of new and young family. For community living, we have basic rules in place and have an approach of live and let live. All festivals are celebrated as long as like minded people come forward and lead it for the community, RWA gives full support.
We are not perfect. Some known cons are:- Metro and public transport is a km away, so walking could be a little difficult. Some parking are tight due to pillar position. Stairs and corridor is a bit small. Height of unit is about 10Ft than the standard 12ft. Since it's a low raise the society may not look to have open space like the high rise, despite the land UDS to super built up area ratio is about 39%.
